It cannot send mail
The integration is draft-only. An assistant can set up a mailing, but it cannot upload documents, submit or cancel anything, or spend money. Mail cannot be unsent, so the last step always belongs to you: review the draft in MatterSnail and click Submit.
Your assistant works with addresses, delivery tracking, statuses, and prices. It does not see the documents you mail, or the private description on a mailing. The documentation lists exactly what each tool shares. Keep in mind that addresses added by an assistant are not checked against USPS records, so double-check them before submitting.
