# MatterSnail

> MatterSnail lets law firms and professional teams send USPS First-Class, Priority, and Certified Mail from the browser. Upload documents, add recipients, and MatterSnail prints, stuffs, and hands envelopes to USPS the same business day when submitted before the 12:00 p.m. Pacific cutoff. Every recipient gets individual delivery updates; Certified and Priority Mail add a USPS tracking number, certified letters include a downloadable Certificate of Acceptance, and any mailing can include a Proof of Service. A Clio integration pulls contacts, matters, and documents directly into a mailing.

## Pricing

- Free plan: $0/month, up to 3 users, all mailing options, pay per mailing.
- Premium plan: $18/month, unlimited users, lowest per-letter service charge, searchable audit log with CSV export, SAML SSO on request.
- Premium annual: $162/year.
- Every plan pays per use: a per-piece service charge plus postage and any add-ons, itemized before submission. A payment method on file is required to send mail.

## For AI agents

MatterSnail publishes a remote MCP server at https://mattersnail.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration: add the URL to any MCP client and sign in as a MatterSnail user).

It is draft-only by design. Tools can list a firm's mailings and delivery tracking, search its address books, quote the itemised price of a mailing, create a draft, add recipients, choose the return address, and work with saved recipient groups: read them, create one, add members, and apply a group to a draft. They cannot upload documents, submit or cancel a mailing, rename or delete a group, or spend money. Every write hands back a link to the web app, where a person attaches the documents, reviews, and submits. Addresses supplied by an agent are not USPS-verified; they print as given.
